Our goal is to be your trusted advisor. This requires three things:
- We expect to listen to your ideas, your needs, your priorities, and your requirements. What you want and need is important, and what we may think you want and need is usually irrelevant. So be prepared for us to listen to you, right from the start.
- We try to provide you with our best strategies and options so that you can decide what you want to do and how you want to do it. It is not our job to make decisions, but it is our job to make sure that your decisions are based on the best facts, advice, and tools we can provide to you.
- Finally, together we must agree on a creative, thoughtful billing approach so that you have confidence that what we do is within your budget, is performed in a timely manner, and is in your best interests. In that way, we are confident that we will have your blessings and your trust.
Not all clients know their priorities and want to talk about their budgets and billing expectations, but we have found out the hard way that, unless the client participates in determining its priorities and its direction, the client will not be completely satisfied, which is our number one goal.
